About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Mid-Level QA Engineer to help ensure the reliability, performance, and quality of our digital platforms. This role will work closely with engineering, product, and design teams to validate new features, prevent regressions, and improve release confidence.
The ideal candidate has strong experience testing web applications, understands modern development workflows, and is comfortable working with distributed teams across multiple time zones.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases
- Perform manual functional and regression testing across multiple environments
- Validate front-end UI/UX behavior across browsers and devices
- Test API integrations and third-party services
- Identify, document, and track defects through resolution
- Collaborate with developers to reproduce and resolve issues
- Participate in sprint planning and review processes
- Contribute to improving QA processes and documentation standards
- Help ensure releases meet performance and stability expectations
- Fewer production defects and improved release confidence
- Well-documented and reproducible bug reports
- Clear test coverage across new features and regressions
- Continuous improvement in QA standards and processes
- Effective collaboration with engineering and product teams
Experience and Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance for web applications
- Strong experience with manual testing methodologies
- Experience writing clear, structured test cases and test plans
- Solid understanding of functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing
- Experience testing WordPress-based or CMS-driven platforms
- Familiarity with API testing tools (e.g., Postman or similar)
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Experience using Git and understanding version control workflows
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong analytical thinking
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with basic automated testing tools (e.g., Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, or similar)
- Familiarity with performance testing tools and methodologies
- Experience testing cloud-hosted applications (AWS environments)
- Experience with Jira or similar issue-tracking systems
- Experience using AI-assisted tools to support test case generation, bug reproduction, or workflow efficiency
- Interest in expanding into test automation
