Salesforce Developer

Role Overview

The Salesforce Developer is an individual contributor role responsible for designing, building, and maintaining custom solutions across Telestream’s CRM ecosystem. Working alongside the Salesforce Administrator and Business Applications Engineer, you will serve as the technical force behind the Salesforce platform, supporting Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and CPQ.

What You Will Do

Design, develop, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). Troubleshoot and resolve complex Apex code issues, governor limit violations, integration failures, and platform bugs across the full org.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Technology, or a related discipline.
• Four or more years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, with demonstrated ability to write, debug, and optimize Apex code in a production environment.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required. Platform Developer II or Application Architect strongly preferred.
