Customer Service Specialist with Spanish and English

  • Deliver superior customer experience to individuals and business clients by calls and mail
  • Register patients for visits and provide them with help in looking for physical clinics
  • Contact clinics in order to book visit for patients
  • Collect comments from clients and doctors
  • Handle complaints, reporting irregularities and deficiencies in consultations to physicians
  • Take care of the proper circulation of medical documentation

Requirements

  • Serbian language - native
  • An empathetic, understanding, and discreet person,
  • Accurate and organized,
  • Communicative knowledge of English,
  • Knowledge of the Office system,
  • Experienced in customer or patient service.
