In your role as Sr. Content Strategist f or Teladoc Health, you’ll pair editorial mastery with a keen knack for product content strategy and enhancing our team’s effort to deliver impactful content across multiple channels, products, and conditions. This is a highly collaborative role in which you’ll partner with teams across the company (Marketing, Engineering, Regulatory, Data Science, Clinical, and Coaching) and external partners to create a compelling and empowering experience that helps our members manage and improve their health and wellness. Your efforts will complement our unique brand strategy as we expand our cutting-edge health solutions. This role reports directly to the Sr Mgr, Content Strategy.
Stretch your creative and strategic skills as you help manage a broad portfolio of work that includes:
Collaborating closely with Product Management, Research, and Design to generate content strategy solutions based on member/company needs
Creating compelling and thoughtful UX copy across various product experiences
Streamlining and enhancing the use, cadence and content of member notifications
Utilizing existing content resources within product experiences and initiate new ways to boost member education and engagement
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Generate informative, engaging, and persuasive content geared toward building the Teladoc Health brand, product usage, member engagement, and positive clinical results
Work with internal teams to maintain a solid feedback loop, establish efficient workflows, and continuously improve processes.
Partner with clinical counterparts across Teladoc to bring clinical requirements to life in an engaging and effective member experience
Evangelize content strategy and UX content design best practices
Create processes to conceive and develop interactive digital exercises, audio-based content, videos, and more
Contribute to and execute the content roadmap for current and future products
Manage several large projects, working with external freelancers, internal stakeholders, and others to drive on-time, on-budget delivery
Manage the relationship with current content vendors and contractors
Help bring our voice to life across our member experience through hands-on writing, editing, and messaging
Effectively manage the revision process to meet deadlines
Ensure all content is on-brand and consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone

Our successful candidate will have:
8+ years of digital content experience, with at least 3 years working on a consumer-facing health or lifestyle brand
Experience in digital health and wellness; chronic conditions such as diabetes a plus
At least 2 years in UX-focused role
Effective project management and multi-tasking skills, with experience managing stakeholders through various stages of content development
A baseline understanding of industry best practices for UX, content and design accessibility
Experience developing UX copy for mobile and web apps and content for service emails and SMS
A love for collaborating with designers in real-time using programs such as Figma and Miro
Comfort working with a cloud-based CMS
Experience with JIRA
Exceptional writing and editing capabilities
The drive to meet deadlines and deliver exceptional results
Passion for the digital health industry and familiarity with companies and innovators in this space
Passion for making a positive impact in people’s lives and their physical and mental health
The versatility to generate creative, business, and technical content that may be comprehensive and detailed, or concise and captivating, based on various project needs
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment
A proactive work ethic, exceptional people skills, and a positive outlook
The ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively
A Bachelor’s degree in English, Marketing, Journalism, Communications or a similar field, from an accredited four-year university

The base salary range for this position is $105,000 - $120,000 . In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for performance bonus, RSU’s, and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements) listed here: Teladoc Health Benefits 2024. Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications.
