Requirements
- Conduct the entire recruitment process
- Establish recruitment priorities and conduct a rigorous follow-up of ongoing mandates
- Follow up with non-selected candidates on their application
- Feed candidate pools and qualify candidates for future needs
- Identify passive candidates on LinkedIn and generate interest
- Analyze candidate skills based on business needs
- Counsel and accompany managers during interviews and candidate selection
- Propose and implement solutions for talent attraction and acquisition
- Stay up-to-date with new market trends
