Requirements
- BS in engineering or combination of education skills and experience
- Minimum of 10 years of direct experience as an Automation Engineer, Industrial Engineer or comparable position
- Advanced knowledge of part design, CAD, Injection Molding and manufacturing operations
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with diverse teams globally
- Proficient technical writing
- Knowledge of computer and control systems
- Excellent mechanical and electrical aptitude
- Knowledge of Scientific process, DOE’s, and statistics
