Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Account Manager to spearhead sales and growth efforts across professional services sectors, particularly within legal, operations, and administrative teams. The ideal candidate brings experience from a law firm or similar professional environment and has a proven ability to build relationships, uncover opportunities, and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and actively pursue new business opportunities within legal, operations, and administrative verticals.
- Cultivate and nurture client relationships to drive growth, retention, and satisfaction.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to clients—understanding their needs and positioning services as tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal delivery teams to ensure seamless onboarding and successful project execution.
- Develop and implement outreach strategies to re-engage past clients and generate new leads.
- Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and activity tracking using CRM tools.
- Gather client feedback and market intelligence to inform product/service improvements and sales strategies.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles—preferably in professional services or legal tech.
- Familiarity with law firms or structured professional environments is a strong plus.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.
- Strong ability to manage a sales cycle from outreach to close in a consultative selling environment.
- Comfortable working remotely and independently, while collaborating with distributed teams.
- Experience using CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot), prospecting tools, and modern productivity software (e.g., Slack, Trello).
