Role Overview
As a Website Implementation Coordinator, you will work closely with the Website, Onboarding, and Creative Services teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality websites. You will have a strong working knowledge of general website structure, terminology, and functionality, and experience working with HTML and CSS. You will be responsible for overseeing the buildout of websites from kickoff to launch, participating in Client meetings, and maintaining constant communication with the Onboarding Team.
What You Will Do
Your responsibilities will include creating HTML pages, adding graphics, installing third-party scripts, resolving Client revisions and needs, and problem-solving production issues and errors. You will also need to understand Clients' goals and ensure a timely and accurate launch of website.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1+ years’ professional work experience in related field
- Thorough understanding of website structure, terminology, best practices, and functionality
- Thorough understanding of and proficiency in HTML and CSS
- Ability to design page layouts for a variety of screen resolutions
- Self-motivated, able to manage and meet deadlines
- Excellent project management skills, including planning, organizing, and follow-up
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in a deadline-driven environment
- Ability to work independently and under close direction
