The Program Director, Child Services will lead a team of Youth Care Specialists, providing trauma-informed services for children and families. They will be responsible for proactive coaching and feedback, setting programmatic objectives, and ensuring effective communication and teamwork.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Verified 3 years of work experience as a high performing individual contributor in a related field
- Valid Driver's License
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite application software
