The Role

As the Senior Manager for Design you are the architect of the TaskUs visual narrative. As a key leader in the Global People Marketing team, you sit at the intersection of high-level strategy and world-class execution, you transform business goals into "thumb-stopping" marketing campaigns that define our global employer brand internally and externally.

You are more than a manager; you are the guardian of brand integrity and the engine of innovation. Whether it’s static imagery, high-production video, or immersive experiential design, you ensure every touchpoint is "Ridiculously Good." You are a visionary with the creative courage to push boundaries while remaining a steady hand for your global team.

Key Responsibilities

🎨 Creative Vision & Brand Guardianship

• Campaign Architecture: Lead the end-to-end conceptualization and rollout of multi-channel global campaigns that resonate across diverse cultures and regions.

• The "Forward" Approach: Anticipate trends and integrate Generative AI tools and new-age methodologies to keep our brand ahead of the curve.

• Disruptive Innovation: Constantly challenge the status quo to find faster workflows and more daring creative techniques.

🎬 Design Leadership & Multimedia Direction

• Multi-Disciplinary Direction: Provide expert guidance across OOH, bespoke merchandise, digital advertising, and high-stakes internal communications.

• Storytelling Mastery: Oversee the end-to-end production of static and video content, ensuring a seamless, cohesive narrative across all formats.

• The Final Eye: Serve as the ultimate gatekeeper for quality, ensuring every asset meets the rigorous "TaskUs Standard."

🌎 Global Operations & Strategic Influence

• Agile Excellence: Master the project lifecycle using Agile methodologies to meet global deadlines without sacrificing creative integrity.

• Executive Consultancy: Act as the primary creative consultant for C-suite stakeholders, translating high-level vision into actionable, high-impact design briefs.

• Mentorship & Culture: Lead and upskill a global team of creative "athletes," fostering a culture of mentorship, inclusion, and elite performance.

What You Bring (Requirements)

Experience & Leadership

• 5+ years of creative experience with 2+ years in managing people.

• Global Perspective: Proven success managing creative output across APAC, LATAM, and US/Europe.

• Strategic Diplomacy: The confidence to push back on "bad briefs" and the emotional intelligence to lead with empathy in a remote environment.

Technical & Creative Mastery

• Adobe Creative Cloud Expert: (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere/After Effects Camva, Figma).

• AI-Fluent: Hands-on experience integrating AI tools into professional workflows.
