Tashkent international

Tashkent International School (TIS) is an International Baccalaureate (IB) World School located in Tashkent, the capital city of Uzbekistan. Founded in 1994, TIS serves the needs of both the international and local communities by providing an education based on the IB curriculum, which emphasizes critical thinking, creativity, and a global perspective. As a not-for-profit, independent institution, we are committed to serving our community without the influence of corporate interests.

We offer three IB programs: the Primary Years Programme (PYP) for students aged 3 to 11, the Middle Years Programme (MYP) for students aged 11 to 16, and the Diploma Programme (DP) for high school students aged 16 to 18. Our campus is equipped with modern facilities and a range of resources, providing a supportive and engaging environment where students can thrive. TIS is accredited by the Council of International Schools (CIS) and the New England Association of Schools and Colleges (NEASC), ensuring that our educational standards are continuously upheld and evaluated. Our diverse community comprises students from various nationalities, fostering an atmosphere of cultural understanding and respect.
