Philippines onlyWe're looking for a Project Coordinator to support the day-to-day coordination of commercial tiling and waterproofing projects from tender through to completion. This is a remote, Philippines-based role working directly with the business owner and site teams across active projects.
Requirements
- Coordinate project timelines, track milestones, and flag delays or blockers across multiple active tiling jobs
- Maintain and update project trackers, job files, cost sheets, and variation registers
- Process supplier and subcontractor invoices, verify amounts, and flag discrepancies before payment approval
- Draft and issue quotes, variation claims, and progress claims based on project specs and director input
- Prepare tender submissions, prequalification documents, credit applications, and supplier account forms
- Coordinate scheduling, material deliveries, and project updates with builders, site supervisors, suppliers, and tiling subcontractors
- Track material orders (tiles, adhesives, grout, waterproofing) and follow up on lead times and delivery confirmations
- Maintain defect and warranty registers and coordinate rectification scheduling
- Assist with BOQ preparation and quantity takeoffs under direction
- Handle ad hoc project administration to keep jobs moving on time and on budget
