Blexr is a performance marketing company specializing in building and scaling high-traffic affiliate websites and delivering high-quality leads to some of the world’s leading operators in the iGaming and betting industry.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, approach, and onboard key partners and brands in the gambling/betting niche.
- Negotiate and close deals on favorable terms for the company.
- Maintain and grow a strong portfolio of advertisers and partners, ensuring long-term cooperation.
- Monitor traffic quality, KPIs, payouts, holds, and chargebacks; provide data-driven reporting to management.
- Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify new opportunities.
- Work closely with affiliate and media buying teams to launch initiatives that scale traffic and increase ROI.
- Optimize partnership performance through regular review and renegotiation.
- Represent Blexr at international affiliate and iGaming events, building new connections and strengthening the company’s brand.
Requirements:
- 1–2+ years of proven success in affiliate marketing, specifically within the gambling/betting sector.
- Track record of closing major deals and building long-term partnerships.
- Existing database of advertisers and partners, including personal agreements and exclusive conditions.
- Strong understanding of traffic sources and optimization strategies.
- Solid knowledge of pricing models: CPA, CPL, RevShare, Hybrid, Flat Fee.
- Experience across multiple GEOs, with Tier-1 markets as a plus.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- English: Upper-Intermediate level or higher, both written and spoken.
