Talenteek's story centers on founder Erika Sirutytė, an HR professional with more than 15 years of experience leading HR functions across multiple industries. She recognized that growing companies and small and medium-sized enterprises often need experienced recruiting support without building a large internal talent acquisition team. Talenteek was created as an alternative to conventional external recruitment agencies, embedding handpicked recruiters within client organizations so they can operate much like in-house recruitment partners while bringing Talenteek's network and market knowledge to the relationship.

Today, Talenteek provides Recruitment Process Outsourcing services through On-Demand, Partial, and Full RPO engagements. Its recruiters manage the complete hiring journey, from understanding a client's culture and hiring requirements through candidate sourcing, screening, and recruitment support. The approach is tailored to different needs, ranging from short-term or changing hiring demands to continuous, long-term recruitment support.
