Account Executive (Norway) – Launch market expansion for Sitedrive’s constructio

TalentBee

Salary: 54k-97k USD

United States only

Location: Remote team in Oslo, HQ in Helsinki

Join the team turning building sites into factory-style flow. Lead our Norway Go-To-Market, win trust with production leaders, and grow pilots into €10k+ MRR expansions.

Key points at a glance

Compensation:4500 base + 10% commission(OTE ~€8100/month). (Indicative NOK: ~52 300 NOK base; OTE ~94 200 NOK/month)

What you’ll sell: Sitedrive – location-based construction production SaaS that helps general contractors run sites like factories and cut lead times significantly.

Where: Norway (Oslo area preferred). Hybrid. Norwegian language is critical.

Growth: Clear path to own the NO sales motion and potentially step up to Country Lead as we scale.

Team & manager: You’ll be the first AE in Norway, partnered tightly with our Finland revenue team (Sales/CS/Marketing). The entire team, including you as our new AE, works closely together with the Product team. CEO Henry will initially oversee the NO team.

This is not your happy place if: you need a 1000-logo call list, short cycles, or prefer feature pitching over patient, trust-led enterprise selling in construction.

Why Sitedrive is your next move

If you’re a long-game builder who earns trust on site, this is your lane. Sitedrive is the production management software that helps contractors run projects like a factory line: one reliable plan tied to real work phases and exact locations, with live visibility into blockers and flow. Customers choose us because location-based scheduling and takt-style production turns firefighting into proactive, measurable progress.

Read more about the change we’re making>>

We’re opening up Norway with existing references and an expanding footprint (e.g., collaboration with Skanska and rollouts proven in Finland). You’ll take the wheel to land pilots, earn super user champions, and turn them into multi-site expansions. This role matters because Norway is our first step in a broader Nordic/European plan, and your wins will set the pattern for scaling.

You’ll like it here if you want autonomy, decisive teammates, and work that shows up on real job sites: shorter lead times, fewer blind spots, and better margins. We’re a focused, senior SaaS team advancing flow efficiency across construction. You’ll have experience to lean on, the confidence to take ownership, and a freedom to improve how we sell and work rather than repeating what’s always been done.

You’ll love this next step if you’re:

  • Ready to level up from SMB volume to enterprise change in construction: bigger impact, bigger deals, deeper relationships.

  • Coming from construction SaaS or a complementary vendor (or you’re a scheduling/production lead at a GC) and want to improve how the whole industry works, not just sell licenses.

  • Motivated by autonomy, steady follow-up, and real on-site outcomes, not just hype.

Role details

What you’ll do

  • Own new business in Norway for a tight ICP: general contractors (50M€+ revenue, building multi-storey residential, student housing, hotels, offices).

  • Run a modern enterprise motion: discovery first, demo later; design paid pilots that prove value; then land-and-expand across business units.

  • Partner with our Customer Success Manager locally in Oslo to grow pilots to enterprise agreements (10k€+ MRR deals when expanded).

  • Be present on sites and with production leaders; build trust with Heads of Production/Production Directors, project and construction managers.

  • Contribute to sales process development and thought leadership in Norway (lean/takt/location-based scheduling).

A typical month

  • Curate and work a short, high-value account list; progress multi-stakeholder discovery.

  • Shape one new paid pilot and/or expand an existing one a tier up.

  • Bring CS and Product into key meetings; keep momentum through persistent, respectful follow-ups.

Goals & metrics

  • Target: ~€3000 new MRR/month (via one new paid pilot or step-up expansion; enterprise cycles are longer).

  • 3 months: Understand our strategy, sales motion and product; several active cases and first pilots started.

  • 6 months: Consistently close ~€3k new MRR/month; lead the NO sales process with FI revenue support.

  • 12 months:Own the full NO sales motion; steady growth from new logos + expansions.

Stakeholders: Revenue (Antti), CEO (Henry), CS (Sini), Marketing (Veera), plus customer super users who drive change on the client side.

About Sitedrive

Sitedrive is construction production software that turns projects into factory-like flow with location-based scheduling (incl. takt) and one shared plan everyone actually uses. Contractors see what’s happening where and when, so they can prevent idle time and keep work moving.

Our story initially started within a construction company and from a need to have a tool for optimizing production. Today, Sitedrive is owned by the founding team, institutional investors and seasoned industry professionals. We’re a 12-person team focused on software, data and methods that improve construction flow and reduce environmental footprint.

We’re used by leading contractors (e.g., Skanska has deployed Sitedrive widely), and our content/community push around location-based & takt methods keeps growing.

Our culture: straight-talking, humane, and impact-driven. Small, sharp core, fast decisions and real ownership. We care about work–life balance and learning while doing.
