Requirements
- Effectively execute company and region marketing promotion strategies
- Develop a personal performance plan and ensure performance targets are met and exceeded
- Conduct daily visits and promotional work for target customers
- Actively develop new customers and understand customer situations
- Complete all work reports in a timely and accurate manner
- Strictly execute company marketing activities
- Monitor market trends of target areas and report to area managers/supervisors in a timely manner
- Collect information on adverse reactions from patients and report to company departments in a timely manner
- Assist area managers in completing new staff training and product knowledge training
