We are Tahoe Forest Health System, a not-for-profit rural health care facility dedicated to serving the communities of Truckee, California, and Incline Village, Nevada. Our journey began in 1949, founded through the generosity of the Joseph family and the support of our community. Over the decades, we have grown from a small hospital into a comprehensive health system, committed to providing exceptional patient care and improving the health and vitality of our region.

Our system includes Tahoe Forest Hospital, Incline Village Community Hospital, and the Gene Upshaw Memorial Tahoe Forest Cancer Center. We offer a wide range of services, including 24-hour emergency care, orthopedics, sports medicine, women's health, and diagnostic imaging. The Gene Upshaw Memorial Tahoe Forest Cancer Center is a testament to our commitment to advanced care, offering state-of-the-art treatment options usually found only in large metropolitan areas.
