Project Manager

As a Project Manager, you must have a design background (interiors, visual, scenic) with a good understanding of structural fabrication, large format printing and project management. You can multitask in an extremely fast paced environment, very deadline oriented, and works well with a team of seasoned professionals. You are able to determine general scope of work, translate clients requests into programs with clearly established expectations, deliverables, and timeline. You will assist with program layouts, construction drawings and renderings, file setup, and creative conceptualization.

This is a full-time role, on a US shift and on a Work From Home set-up.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ability to visualize, analyze, and communicate project scope of work and creating innovative solutions for clients specific program needs.

  • Familiarity with fabrication and structural design within the creative sector. Preferred knowledge of interior design and planning principles, the design process, fabrication, and event coordination.

  • Research new innovative materials: maintain material library as needed

  • Generate preliminary schematic decks for client reference and approval

  • Read and interpret provided drawings; create detailed production documents as needed

  • Plan and estimate budgets for projects; negotiate pricing as needed

  • Create detailed renderings for client approval

  • Generate vector art/production files for large format printing; create custom files based on client-provided brand collateral

  • Maintain archive of clients brand collateral/previous designs to maximize efficiency of future programs

  • Supervise installations; simultaneously manage multiple installations as needed

  • Coordinate schedules and logistics with vendors and clients; maintain and expand client and vendor relations

  • Follow up with client and sales to ensure design specifications have been met

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in project management and production within the marketing/events industry

  • Strong knowledge of production processes, roll-outs, and materials

  • Skilled in estimating, budgeting, scheduling, and logistics

  • Proven client-facing experience, including collaboration with sales teams

  • Excellent multitasking and time management abilities

  • Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), and Microsoft Office

  • Experience with Rhino and rendering software is a plus

  • Preferred: Background in print/layout graphics
