Our US Client is a fully remote, global creative branding agency specializing in trend-forward, sustainable merchandise. Our team of branded merchandise professionals partners with enterprise-level companies to design and brand merchandise at scale, while managing complex seasonal and long-term e-commerce stores, fulfillment and kitting projects, uniform and award programs, and large-volume retail initiatives.

We are looking for a Finance Admin, Production Support will manage prepayments, vendor payments, and credit card expenses within the company. This role will collaborate closely with the production team to ensure timely payments as orders progress. The position will also oversee credit card expense categorization, assist with employee reimbursements, and support the Accounts Payable team to ensure accurate bill processing in QuickBooks Online. The Finance Admin will play a key role in maintaining efficient financial operations across various departments.



This is a full-time role, on a US shift and on a Work from Home set-up.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work closely with the production team to ensure prepayments are made on time as orders progress.
  • Oversee the categorization of credit card expenses in QuickBooks Online.
  • Process and track vendor prepayments in accordance with production schedules.
  • Assist with employee expense reports and reimbursements, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Ensure all bills are submitted to the Accounts Payable team for timely entry into QBO.
  • Monitor and follow up on credit card expenses and approvals for timely processing.
  • Collaborate with finance team members to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Ensure proper coordination between finance and production teams to support financial operations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1+ years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online or similar accounting software.
  • Strong understanding of credit card expense management and vendor payments.
