Controller de Gestión Operacional - Sector BPO

Global BPO services company seeks Operational and Performance Management Controller to lead implementation of tracking systems, define OKRs and control financial and operational performance.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in management control, operations, finance or similar roles
• Experience in implementing and managing management tools
• Essential knowledge in Monday.com platform
• Experience in high-volume international environments in BPO or technology sectors
• Advanced mastery of Excel
• C1 level English (oral and written)
