Requirements
- Previous experience working with Salesforce in a multi-functional environment
- Strong customer service skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for helping users get the most out of the platform
- Hands-on Salesforce experience, with Salesforce Administrator Certification desirable
- Experience working in Agile environments, including user story writing and sprint ceremonies
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced setting
- A solid understanding of Salesforce capabilities and the ability to match business needs to platform solutions
- Desirable experience with Jira, Signavio, Office applications, or D365
