Requirements
- Design and develop innovative mechanical systems for life sciences equipment using CAD software
- Perform finite element analysis (FEA) to optimize performance and reliability of the product
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that product designs meet customer requirements and industry standards
- Manage projects from concept to production, respecting deadlines and budget constraints
- Create technical documentation, including design specifications, test protocols, and user manuals
- Locate and resolve mechanical problems in existing products
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in life sciences equipment and mechanical engineering technologies
- Ensure compliance with FDA regulations and ISO standards for medical products
- Participate in design reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
