Requirements
- Act as the primary liaison between Dashboard Insights and clients.
- Analyze clients’ operational frameworks and metrics to identify and address their needs.
- Deliver projects and facilitate implementation training.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships, providing post-sales support.
- Create support content to help clients understand their dashboards and the value they add to their business.
- Conduct assessments and analyses to identify challenges and growth opportunities.
- Implement measures to reduce the recurrence of issues.
- Monitor and assess product usage.
- Provide feedback to the product development team.
