About the team

The SLM Platform team plays a critical role in leading strategic initiatives around Implementability, Data, and AI/ML across the organization. Acting as the backbone of multiple Syncron product offerings, the Platform is not only a technical foundation, but a driver of value creation and innovation.

We act as the connective tissue across the organization, collaborating globally with internal and external stakeholders to continuously improve the way our technology is built, implemented, and scaled. From strategic planning to operational execution, we are a dynamic, forward-thinking team committed to impact and measurable outcomes.

About the role

We are looking for a Manager, Product Management to lead and grow our Implementability initiatives, with a core focus on driving efficiency, scalability, and reduced time-to-value across Syncron’s global product portfolio.

This individual will lead both the Integration Solutions and Core Services portfolios, overseeing products such as the Tenant Management System and Data Validation Tools, while building automation capabilities that support the entire lifecycle of product implementation.

This is a cross-functional leadership role that blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution and requires a strong sense of ownership, collaboration and results orientation. You’ll be the critical bridge between product, engineering, implementation services and global stakeholders to deliver high-impact outcomes.

What would you do?

Product Leadership & Strategy

  • Define, own, and continuously evolve the roadmap for Integration Solutions and Core Services.
  • Drive product implementability initiatives with the goal of accelerating time-to-value and reducing implementation complexity and cost.
  • Ensure alignment between product features and downstream implementation capabilities.

Execution & Delivery

  • Lead the development of internal automation and tooling to streamline delivery and enhance customer outcomes.
  • Translate cross-functional needs into scalable, repeatable product capabilities.
  • Track and optimize KPIs tied to implementation success and platform adoption.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with engineering, services, product managers, and stakeholders across time zones to ensure seamless execution.
  • Engage with domain teams to understand legacy challenges and embed best practices into product design.
  • Act as a strategic advisor in cross-functional initiatives Service Optimization, System Integration and Special Projects.

People & Stakeholder Management

  • Lead and mentor a team of 2–3 Product Owners, fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture.
  • Influence across product lines to advocate for implementability, secure buy-in, and negotiate trade-offs.
  • Foster trust and alignment across technical and non-technical teams through transparent and respectful communication.

Who you are? / What we expect:

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 8+ years of experience in Product Management or similar fields, with a strong background in SaaS, platform technologies, or enterprise integration.
  • Demonstrated experience in building roadmaps, translating business needs into technical requirements and delivering measurable outcomes.

Technical & Leadership Skills

  • Deep understanding of SaaS implementation lifecycles, systems integration and platform scalability.
  • Strong product sense with experience leading both technical and process-oriented initiatives.
  • Proficient in working with automation tools, integration frameworks, and internal enablement platforms.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills across global teams.
