United States only- Experience in AT&T tech stack with preferred BSSe stack experience.
- Experienced in defect Analysis, Triaging and Troubleshoot customer focused issues and exceptions.
- Strong Defect management skills to drive the resolution of defects during the testing and involved complete defect life cycle.
- Work with tools such as Dynatrace, ELK, anypoint and other monitoring tools for capturing event data and package the issues for quicker resolutions.
- Ability to work with various ticket management systems such as (but not limited to) iTrack, AOTS, JIRA, Sharepoint.
- Strong understanding of defect life cycle and end to end defect management process.
- Ability to work with end user and translate user challenges into technical terminology.
- Ability to work with multiple application teams for end to end defect resolution.
• Prior experience in AT&T is preferred.
- Strong communication and presenting skills.
