What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  • Own architecture decisions for authentication, APIs, loyalty, and payment systems
  • Ship features that significantly reduce partner integration time
  • Prioritize and build for both internal teams and external B2B partners
  • Collaborate with senior engineers to develop a prioritized roadmap for AI/ML capabilities
  • Manage the full product lifecycle, from identifying opportunities to shipping and iterating

What is Required (Qualifications):

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, with at least 2 years focused on B2B or platform products
  • Proven experience in designing APIs and SDKs
  • Strong understanding of system connectivity among authentication, APIs, and payment systems
  • Comfortable using SQL and A/B testing for data‑driven product decisions
  • Experience in building and launching products from scratch, particularly in the B2B space

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  • Familiarity with AI APIs such as OpenAI and Anthropic
  • Experience working with AI features and understanding their limitations
  • Regularly engage with customers to gather feedback for product prioritization
  • Ability to write clear documentation and present to executives
  • Proven track record of making decisions with incomplete information and adapting to shifting priorities
