Requirements
- 3–5+ years of reconstruction or restoration project management
- Strong Xactimate skills
- Experience working with TPAs and insurance carriers
- Established subcontractor network
- Ability to run projects end‐to‐end with minimal oversight
- Strong communication and customer service skills
