Contract Manager - Italy

Contract Manager - Italy role connects cutting-edge technology with regulatory and utility landscape across Italy and other EU countries, negotiating, drafting, and overseeing commercial contracts for Sungrow’s projects.

Requirements

• Degree in Law or a relevant Business-related qualification.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in the PV, Energy Storage, or Construction industry.
• Strong commercial focus with a sound knowledge of contract law and proven drafting ability.
• Demonstrated experience working within a Contracts or Legal department.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build relationships and explain legal concepts to a non-legal audience.
• Pro-active approach to problem-solving, capable of constructive challenge and negotiation with stakeholders at all levels.
• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills, accustomed to report writing and presenting.
• Italian and English C1; Chinese language skills are an advantage.
