The temporary Program Administrator assists the Enrollment Manager with all travel related matters including booking travel for enrolling students, communicating with, students and families before and after booking travel, maintaining complete and organized records, and supporting travelers remotely on travel days.
Requirements
- 4-year degree in any field.
- 1-2 years of experience in program, project, or office administration.
- Ability to communicate by phone, video, and in writing with students and families in a kind and firm manner, providing clear and consistent instructions and information.
- Attention to detail and demonstrated experience managing database records and document files
- Self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to work independently in a fully remote environment, effectively managing time, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines while staying responsive and communicative.
