SuitePad GmbH

SuitePad is a Berlin-based SaaS company that has revolutionized the hotel room experience through its innovative in-room tablet solution. Founded in 2012 by Moritz von Petersdorff-Campen and Tilmann Volk, the company has grown to become Europe's leading provider of digital guest communication systems for the hospitality industry. Their award-winning in-room tablets combine a digital guest directory, booking tool, hotel phone, TV remote control, and room service ordering into a single, intuitive device that enhances the guest experience while generating additional revenue for hotel partners.

The platform serves over 1,000 hotels across 30 countries worldwide, with installations in more than 70,000 rooms. SuitePad's unique performance-based pricing model means hotels only pay based on the housekeeping savings and revenue generated by the platform. The company recently expanded its presence to the US market with an office in Orlando, Florida, while maintaining headquarters in Berlin and additional operations in the UK and Greece. SuitePad continues to innovate with AI-powered features that provide guests with instant, accurate responses to their queries without requiring staff involvement.
