Study Group is seeking a full-time Contract (37.5 hours) employee to provide high-quality programme management and administrative support for strategic staff development initiatives. This role focuses on logistics, communication, data tracking, platform support, and creating a seamless learning experience for staff, encompassing multiple time zones and managing onboarding processes. The position requires strong organizational skills and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Experience in an administrative role preferably within education or HR environment
- Demonstrated experience in providing high-quality customer service, including managing enquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive stakeholder relationships.
- Experience managing coordinating, planning or scheduling and communicating across multiple time zones / stakeholder groups / cultures.
- Experience in collecting, analysing, and reporting data to inform decision-making and/or drive continuous improvement.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in engaging with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite.
