Our growing remote team works from where they are the most productive and inspired to deliver their best work for global clients in the outdoor, nonprofit, tech, climate and startup spaces. We offer part to full time, fully remote, ongoing contracted positions. We start all positions as 1099 contractors with the possibility of full-time employment and bonuses based on client satisfaction and studio profitability.
Opportunity
Studio Incline is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Marketing Assistant to support leadership and help keep internal operations running smoothly.
This role focuses primarily on executive support, organization, and coordination across Studio Incline’s internal systems and initiatives. You will work closely with Studio Incline leadership to manage priorities, organize workflows, research project requirements, and ensure internal projects are completed.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable handling a wide variety of tasks — from managing internal systems and documentation to coordinating with team members and supporting day-to-day operations.
You will play an important role in helping leadership stay organized, ensuring internal processes run efficiently, and supporting the overall operations of the studio.
This is a fully remote, part-time, 1099 contract position with flexible hours.
Compensation
$30–$35/hour depending on experience
5-10 hours per week, on a project-by-project basis

Responsibilities
Provide administrative and operational support to Studio Incline leadership
Assist with organizing and maintaining internal systems and documentation
Help manage and organize CRM systems such as HubSpot, including contact organization and pipeline updates
Assist with tracking internal priorities, tasks, and project timelines
Coordinate communication and follow-ups with team members and contractors
Help prepare and organize presentations, documents, and internal materials
Assist with organizing marketing assets, brand files, and internal resources
Support internal business development efforts by organizing leads and contact lists
Conduct basic research to support internal initiatives
Help maintain organization across shared drives, documents, and internal systems
Assist with scheduling, coordination, and logistical support as needed
Maintain clear communication with leadership regarding priorities, updates, and task status
Requirements and skills
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and keep projects organized
Comfortable supporting leadership with a variety of administrative and operational tasks
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Solid computer skills including experience with Google Workspace, Slack, and Dropbox
Experience working with CRM systems such as HubSpot
Familiarity with marketing agencies or marketing teams is a plus
Experience supporting executives, founders, or small teams preferred
