We're looking for a (Junior Customer) Success Manager to help our customers use our products successfully and gain real value. You'll create digital learning formats, develop engaging content, and work with AI-driven content. You'll have a remote work location, with occasional on-site presence required.
Requirements
- Initial professional experience in Account Management, Customer Success Management, Consulting, or in Content Creation, Video Production, or digital learning/training formats
- Strong interest in customer-centric work and customer experience
- Understanding of or interest in Customer Success Management and software products
- Passion for video creation, content development, and digital learning formats
- Very good German and good English language skills, both written and spoken
