JOB SUMMARY

As a Senior Technology Partner Manager at Storyblok, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our technology partner ecosystem. You will collaborate closely with the product team to manage the roadmap for ecosystem integrations, ensuring alignment with business priorities. Your strategic insights and relationship management skills will be critical in prioritising and nurturing tech partner relationships based on market alignment and Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) match. Additionally, you will lead the implementation and maintenance of account mapping tools in collaboration with partner operations, driving internal engagement and maximising sales opportunities.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Ecosystem Integrations Roadmap Management:

  • Collaborate with the product team to manage and prioritise the roadmap for ecosystem integrations.
  • Advocate for integration priorities based on business requirements and market trends.
  • Ensure alignment of integration efforts with overall business objectives.

Technology Partner Relationship Management:

  • Develop and execute strategies to prioritise tech partner relationships based on market alignment and ICP match.
  • Build and maintain productive, professional relationships with key personnel in partner accounts.
  • Identify mutual sales opportunities with shared agency partners.

Account Mapping Tools Implementation and Maintenance:

  • Manage the implementation and ongoing maintenance of account mapping tools in collaboration with partner operations.
  • Drive engagement and usage of account mapping tools within internal sales teams.
  • Monitor and analyze data from account mapping tools to optimize partner strategies and sales funnels.

Sales and Channel Development:

  • Plan, own, and execute demonstrations of Storyblok’s unique value proposition to new and existing technology partners.
  • Sell through partner organizations to new customers in coordination with partner sales resources.
  • Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts.
  • Ensure partner compliance with the Storyblok partner program and agreement.

SKILLS NEEDED

Strategic and Analytical Thinking: Ability to prioritize and advocate for integration priorities based on business requirements and market trends.

Relationship Management: Proven experience in developing and maintaining strong relationships with technology partners.

Sales and Business Development: Extensive experience in sales management and business development, particularly in the SaaS space.

Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of account mapping tools and their implementation.

Presentation and Communication Skills: Excellent ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences.

Data-Driven Decision Making: Passion for analyzing data and optimizing sales and partner strategies.

Hands-On Mentality: Willingness to take on tasks and projects directly to ensure successful outcomes.

SUCCESS METRICS

Integration Roadmap Alignment: Successful alignment and execution of the ecosystem integrations roadmap with business objectives and priorities.

Partner Relationship Strength: Development and maintenance of strong, productive relationships with key technology partners.

Account Mapping Engagement: High engagement and effective use of account mapping tools by internal sales teams, leading to optimized sales strategies and increased opportunities.

Sales Targets Achievement: Consistent achievement of assigned targets for sales volume and strategic objectives within partner accounts. Inclusive of both sourced and influenced ecosystem deals.

Compliance and Performance: Ensure all partners adhere to the Storyblok partner program and maintain high-performance standards.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • 8 - 10 years of work experience in SaaS partner management
  • Experience in account mapping and planning
  • Capable of both hands-on execution and strategic planning
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and networking skills
  • Sales and business development acumen
  • Demonstrate strong internal and external collaboration skills
  • Ability to drive plans across multiple stakeholders (incl. Sales, marketing and sales engineering)
  • Strong desire to work in a coaching capacity within channel sales to deliver partner agency success and participate in a fast-growing company

U.S. Base Salary Range: $132,760 - $190,000

At Storyblok, we are committed to equitable compensation and pay transparency. We consider many factors when it comes to compensation, such as the scope of the role, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Our base salary ranges are determined by job and job level and are benchmarked to relevant location and industry data. The range displayed represents the target US base compensation range within which we are hiring for this role. For some roles Storyblok also offers a competitive commission structure.
