Canada onlyStay22 is seeking an experienced and driven Financial Controller to ensure the financial health of our rapidly growing company. Reporting to the Director of Finance, the Controller will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of accounting, financial reporting, and internal controls.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA designation and Big Four firm experience strongly preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 2+ years in a management role.
- Strong understanding of ASPE and IFRS.
- Experience in the technology or travel industry is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software (Xero, Netsuite or other ERP systems) and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Bilingual in English and French.
