Requirements

• 7+ years in software engineering/product engineering
• Strong full-stack mindset (APIs, data, frontend, shipping cadence)
• Comfort making pragmatic MVP tradeoffs (speed > perfection)
• ~10–12h/week for 12 weeks (sessions + execution)
