Requirements
- 7+ years in software engineering with strong cyber/fintech/security exposure
- Experience with secure architectures (authN/Z, encryption, logging, threat thinking)
- Comfort shipping MVPs with responsible guardrails
- Founder mindset: ownership, urgency, and long-term commitment
