As a result, we are able to return our profits back to you in the form of money saving benefits, including: higher interest on saving accounts, lower interest rates on loans and reasonable, if any, fees on products and services like checking, credit cards and real estate loans.MissionOur Mission is to help members improve their lives by delivering valuable financial services.Internship: Remote ServicesSalary : $24.00 - $25.00 hourlySchedule : Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.JOB SCOPE/DUTIES:Assist with the basic duties and tasks within Remote Services Including:Assists with Digital Banking support activities, including ticket tracking improvements, UI/UX testing, and assistance with projects and assignments as needed.Provides operational support for Payment Services, including transaction and account maintenance support, audit and data validation activities, and assistance with projects and assignments as needed.Assists Contact Center with operational reports and research.Performs administrative assignments, special projects, and supports general Remote Services functionsEXPERIENCE/MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:High school diploma or equivalent level of education.College student with related coursework and analytical skills or other relative experience.KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIESProficient with computers, including using Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.Applicant must have a proven ability to provide friendly, courteous, and excellent service to staff and membersMUST HAVE GOOD CREDIT.We are a proud Equal Opportunity/AAP Employer M/F/Vet/Disabled#J-18808-Ljbffr
