This role sits at the intersection of Culinary, Operations, and Systems — ensuring what’s designed in R&D executes flawlessly in Simphony and CrunchTime.
Requirements
- Maintain and govern the master item list (PLUs, UPCs, POSIDs)
- Ensure clean alignment between recipes, modifiers, routing, and reporting
- Audit live locations and reconcile POS vs. back-office discrepancies
- Support new unit openings, rollouts, and menu launches
- Partner cross-functionally with Culinary, Data, Operations, and Commercial teams
- Strengthen reporting accuracy across food, beverage, and retail items
