Software Solutions Architect

As a Software Solutions Architect, you will act as a technical expert and consultant to support the sales team in understanding customer requirements and proposing appropriate software solutions. You will play a key role in bridging the gap between technical capabilities and business needs, helping drive successful sales outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and objectives.
• Translate customer needs into technical solutions and design architecture proposals.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase software capabilities.
• Assist in preparing technical proposals, RFP responses, and solution designs.
• Work closely with customers to address technical queries and provide pre-sales support.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proposed solutions align with technical capabilities.
• Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to provide informed recommendations.
• Assist in post-sales activities to ensure a smooth transition from sales to implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience in software sales engineering, pre-sales, or a similar role.
• Strong technical background with expertise in designing and implementing software solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to understand customer requirements and propose tailored technical solutions.
• Experience in delivering product demonstrations and handling technical queries.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies, enterprise software, and solution architecture.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced sales environment.
