As a Field Marketing Manager, you will work with Team Leaders to establish local marketing opportunities, drive client acquisition and brand awareness, and support the growth and success of each store.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- 5 years of previous experience in field marketing, trade show and/or event marketing
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Demonstrated success developing and building Field Teams
- Ability to work autonomously and make sound decisions
- Team-oriented and collaborative
- Strong work ethic
- Extensive travel required - up to 75%
