Spektrum is seeking a Microsoft Data Analyst to support the NATO Communications and Information Agency (NCIA) Information Exchange Requirements (IERs) Programme of Work (POW) for 2026. The successful candidate will work with the NCIA Team to deliver high-performance services and provide expertise in information exchange requirements, taxonomy development, and data analysis.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in business architecture, business analysis, or operational analysis
- Good knowledge of Federated Mission Networking (FMN) and C3 Taxonomy
- Knowledge of Allied Joint Doctrine and similar national doctrine from a NATO Nation
- Proven expertise in information exchange requirements (IERs)
- Expertise in NATO's FMN Concept and Governance Framework
- Knowledge of information exchange and interoperability standards
- Governance & Change Management processes
- Information Architecture and systems engineering techniques
- Taxonomy Development & Management
- Data Analysis expertise to query, analyse, and validate data structures
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Ability to work in an international team
