Project Coordinator

Spectrum Science is looking for a Project Coordinator to join their Clinical Trial Experience Project Delivery team. The Project Coordinator will manage client and project expectations, develop project schedules, coordinate cross-functional team deliverables, and support client relationships. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication, and a willingness to learn project management fundamentals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Working knowledge and/or willingness to learn and understand Project Management fundamentals
• 1-2 years experience or other relevant exposure like an internship in Project Management/Client service-oriented roles managing projects in marketing, communications, advertising or related fields
• Healthcare, life science, pharmaceutical, or similar regulated experience a plus
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Highly collaborative and solution-oriented
