Requirements
- 5+ years of senior engineering leadership
- Experience in cybersecurity, Web3, or other highly regulated / mission-critical domains
- Strong architectural background
- Experience shipping complex products in partnership with product leadership
- Familiarity with cybersecurity operations
- Experience working with enterprise clients
- Proven ability to lead distributed, remote engineering organizations
