The Course Scheduler is responsible for performing all key job functions of a seasoned Course Scheduler, including building and maintaining course schedules, responding to advising and curriculum development questions, and implementing new program and/or program changes. The position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong computer skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma or GED required
- 1-3 years of related experience; experience in retail, data entry, customer service, administration, or closely related fields
- Experience in data and records management
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal skills with student and staff populations
- Superior organization, prioritization, and self-motivation skills
- Strong computer skills. MS Office Suite
