Senior Controller

We are looking for a Senior Controller to lead accounting workflows across complex clients. The role involves executing, enforcing, and optimizing accrual-based accounting processes, as well as leading a team of accounting professionals.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of accrual-based accounting and controllership experience
• Proven experience managing multiple complex clients or entities
• Strong technical accounting knowledge (revenue recognition, accruals, close)
• Experience enforcing SOPs and standardized workflows
• Strong leadership and client-facing communication skills
• High fluency in modern accounting systems and workflows
• Excellent English proficiency
