The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end project delivery while collaborating closely with engineering teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes.
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end project delivery from requirement gathering to deployment
Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Development, QA, UI/UX, DevOps)
Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies (Sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives)
Act as a bridge between clients, stakeholders, and technical teams
Track project progress, risks, and dependencies and provide regular status updates
Ensure timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards
Review technical architecture, design, and code for quality and scalability
Provide technical guidance to teams working on .NET and React
Handle change requests and manage client expectations
Ensure adherence to SDLC, coding standards, and best practices
Monitor quality metrics and ensure proper testing before releases
Technical Skills:
Strong experience with .NET Core / .NET Framework
Experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs
Hands-on experience with React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, CSS
Knowledge of state management tools (Redux / Context API)
Experience with SQL Server and database design
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (Git)
Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
Project Management Skills:
Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
Experience using tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong risk management and problem-solving skills
