Our work spans transforming, modeling, and integrating data into modern cloud-based platforms - creating information hubs that empower our customers to make the most of their data. This enables them to optimize both digital and physical channels, stay competitive, and maximize customer value.
To further strengthen our capabilities, we’re expanding our team with new talents;Data Engineer and Data Architect. While we adapt to the technologies preferred by our clients, our development landscape commonly centers around Microsoft Azure and Snowflake. Our technology stack is broad by necessity, but our primary focus is finding the right people and matching them with the right roles and responsibilities.
Ideally, you bring experience in some of the following technologies and areas:
- Cloud platforms: Microsoft Azure, Snowflake, and occasionally AWS or Google Cloud
- Data modeling: Data Vault 2.0, dimensional modeling, and data marts
- BI & analytics: Power BI, Qlik, Tableau
- Programming: Python, C#, and SQL
- Advanced analytics & AI: Generative AI, predictive modeling
- Microsoft Fabric and other modern data services

The ideal candidate:
- Has proven experience in data-centric development, such as data warehouse and BI projects, data platforms, analytics development, or data migrations/integrations
- Can design and implement data architectures for solutions or has strong ability to understand and to explain selected architectures
- Understands the business impact of data, data modeling, and analytics
- Understands the purpose and development of ETL/ELT data pipelines (e.g. ETL platforms, Azure ADF)
- Is solution-focused with a developer mindset and able to communicate effectively with both the project team and business stakeholders
- Is keen to stay up to date with the latest technological trends
We would prefer candidates based in Finland, as the majority of your future colleagues, as well as current and potential clients, are located there.
