SOFTSWISS is hiring a Setup Manager - Junior to join our Game Aggregator team.
You’ll support client integrations with game providers, manage setup requests, and coordinate communication between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and operational stability.

Purpose of the role:
You’ll manage client setup and integration processes across the aggregator platform to ensure efficient onboarding and seamless connectivity with game providers. Your work will directly impact client launch timelines, operational quality, and overall customer experience.
Key responsibilities:
Connect clients to the aggregator platform and coordinate integrations with game providers
Provide full support for client setup requests and technical onboarding activities
Work with technical and operational documentation to maintain accurate project records
Manage tasks, updates, and communication using Jira, Confluence, Gmail, and GitLab
Collaborate with technical and business teams to resolve client issues and setup-related requests
Monitor setup progress and ensure timely completion of integration activities
Required Experience:
English proficiency at B1 level or higher
Russian language skills at B1 level or higher
Experience in iGaming, technical support, or a similar operational role
Experience working with Jira, Confluence, Gmail, and GitLab
