Purpose of the role:

This role is responsible for owning and continuously improving Agile ways of working, enabling teams to operate efficiently, sustainably, and in alignment with business objectives. Scrum Master supports teams in planning, execution, and continuous improvement, while proactively removing impediments, managing risks and dependencies, and fostering strong collaboration across technical, product, and business stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

• Agile Process Ownership & Continuous Improvement Driving and continuously improving Agile ways of working (Scrum/Kanban), ensuring teams follow best practices and deliver value predictably.

• Facilitating Team Execution & Delivery Flow Supporting teams in sprint planning, execution, and delivery by removing impediments, improving flow, and maintaining sustainable velocity.

• Sprint & Release PlanningSupportpartnering with Product Owners and engineering leads to build realistic sprint/release plans, align priorities, and manage dependencies across teams.

• Servant Leadership & Team CoachingCoaching teams on self-organization, accountability, and high-performance collaboration, fostering a culture of trust and continuous learning.

• Cross-Team & Cross-Functional AlignmentFacilitating coordination between technical, product, business, and legal stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals, timelines, and delivery expectations.

• Stakeholder Communication & TransparencyEnsuring clear and regular communication of progress, risks, and delivery forecasts, helping stakeholders make informed decisions.

• Metrics-Driven Delivery ManagementTracking and analyzing key delivery metrics (velocity, throughput, sprint predictability, cycle time) to identify improvement areas and support strategic planning.

• Risk & Dependency Management Proactively identifying delivery risks and dependencies, facilitating mitigation plans, and ensuring teams stay focused on outcomes.

• Agile Ceremonies & Strategic Facilitation Organizing and leading Scrum ceremonies (planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives) as well as strategic workshops and alignment sessions.

• Change Adaptation & Delivery ResilienceHelping teams respond effectively to changing priorities and requirements while maintaining delivery stability and focus on business value.

• People Development & Team Health Supporting team growth, mentoring individuals in Agile mindset, and promoting psychological safety, motivation, and engagement.

Required Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in a Scrum Master / Agile Project Management role within IT.

• Strong practical knowledge of Agile frameworks and delivery management across the full software development lifecycle.

• Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict resolution skills with a strong servant-leadership mindset.

• Ability to work effectively in dynamic environments with shifting priorities and ambiguity.

• Hands-on experience with Jira (EazyBI, Plans, Big Picture) and Confluence.

• Solid understanding of Agile delivery principles (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, continuous improvement).

• English and Russian proficiency at an upper-intermediate level (B2+)

Nice to have:

• Experience in Gambling/Betting or other high-load regulated industries.

• Background in product-driven companies.

• Understanding of modern software engineering practices and team delivery challenges.

• Agile or project management certifications (PSM, CSM, SAFe, PMP, etc.).
